With many years' experience at the Ritz in Paris behind him, Dominique Fonseca has taken over the hotel restaurant Le Coq Hardi in Pouilly-sur-Loire.
A Toque Nivernaise, the chef shares his expertise in a little corner of paradise where water is the ally of wine. He offers three menus and an à la carte menu based on fine regional produce, prepared in a refined, classic style.
Le Coq Hardi's dining room faces the garden, giving you the pleasure of admiring the wild nature of the Loire. The restaurant also has a shaded terrace with direct access to the Loire, so you can enjoy the mild spring and summer weather.
A dining room and marquee are available for family gatherings or meetings with friends.
