It's the season for mushroom outings, wild berries and truffle discoveries!
Right in the heart of the Châtillonnais region is the 1st Forest Interpretation Centre, home to the National Forest Park. Its exhibition on wood, the forest and those involved in it, is a themed place for learning and discovery, exchange and information. Allow 1? hours to visit the entire Centre. Lectures/debates, nature walks (fauna, flora, orchids, mushrooms, wild berries, cavage, etc.), exhibitions of artists' work, tree climbing, GPS trail. Come and talk to the association's organisers to find out more about the assets and aims of this National Park dedicated to the French lowland hardwood forest.

Open from 01/04 to 31/08 and during the All Saints' holiday period, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 6pm. Please note that the ticket office closes at 5pm! The rest of the year, visits are always possible by appointment.
