Maison Billot - Groupe Française de Gastronomie
Specialists in Burgundy snails since 1796, the Maison Billot shop offers snails in all their forms: in the shell, in puff pastry, crunchy or preserved. You'll also find other specialities: mussels, scallops, as well as a selection of wines and regional products.
At the end of the year, we also offer andouillettes, foie gras and smoked salmon. Everything you need for a festive meal!

Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. In November and December, Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 6.30pm.
Special opening conditions :Because your safety, as well as that of our teams, is our priority, we have taken the necessary measures to receive you. The reception will be done in the respect of the sanitary directives (compulsory wearing of the mask, washing of the hands), of the social distancing and the barrier gestures.
