The "Fond Dolent"

Start at the church and head towards “La Morniere”. Near the cross go right, then continue right. At the bottom of the hill are the remains of a lock which used to feed 2 mills. Traverse the woods and when you arrive near a Cross go left as far as 2 fountains, then go right. Turn left in front of the house (beautiful panorama of the Bourg). Going down the hill you will see lake “Fournoux”. At the crossroads head towards “Font Dolent”; take the first lane on the right, then right again at the first crossroads, then left at the second. Keeping to the left, cross the woods of “Faons” and discover the Fountain of “Font Dolent”. Return to Vauban by “La Mornière”.
