Our formulas are on slate with different dishes according to the seasons and our chef’s (Adrien de Yparraguirre) inspiration who signs his dishes with his native Basque.

The restaurant is currently open on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 11am to 12.30pm for takeaway. The hotel remains open every day, on request by mail.
