Our formulas are on slate with different dishes according to the seasons and our chef’s (Adrien de Yparraguirre) inspiration who signs his dishes with his native Basque.
On the hotel’s side, stay in one of our warm stylish-decorated rooms whose names refer to the vineyards.

From 02/01/2024 to 31/12/2024 Wednesdays to Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm and from 8pm to 10pm and Sundays from 12pm to 2pm
Prices :- Menu of the day (Lunch on weekdays : 25€ : Starter, main course, dessert 30€ : Starter, main course, cheese, dessert )
- Adult set menu (A la carte menus : Starter, main course, dessert €43.50 Starter, main course, cheese and dessert €49.50)

The restaurant is currently open on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 11am to 12.30pm for takeaway. The hotel remains open every day, on request by mail.
