La Cuverie by Comte Liger-Belair
In the heart of the vineyards, this unique place invites visitors from near and far to sit and savour not just a glass of world-renowned Vosne-Romanée wine but also to choose from 1,700 carefully selected wine references, with a strong focus on organic and biodynamic wines. The wines are fairly priced to ensure that winemakers benefit directly. Don't hesitate to prolong your stay in one of the charming bed-and-breakfast rooms on-site.

Les Vignes d'Hortense
This wine bar is located in a lively village in southern Burgundy. The wine list features more than 400 references, both from Burgundy and other wine-growing regions of France. Enjoy the range of natural, biodynamic, organic and conventional wines over tapas or the set menu. The owner harvested her very first vintage in 2024 in Laives from vines which had been cultivated by her family for generations - the start of great wines to come !

Le Caveau de Saulx
Hidden in the heart of the town centre of Dijon, descend a narrow staircase into the warm ambiance of a 16th-century wine cellar. This intimate wine bar offers guided blind tastings of vintage wines. enjoy a platter with home made local specialities like parsleyed ham and poached eggs in red wine sauce, not forgetting a yummy dessert.

La Maison du Colombier
In Beaune, Burgundy's wine capital, this gastro-bar is a favourite amongst the local winemakers. The terrace, just a short walk from the iconic Hospices de Beaune is perfect for prolonging summer evenings and in the cooler days you can cosy up inside. 5 appartments are availble for rental above the bar, the perfect excuse for extending your stay.

Une Note de Vin
This wine merchant and wine bar in the town centre of Nevers, right in the west of Burgundy, is run by a passionate oenologist who loves to talk about wines, about the winegrowers he meets and their expertise and approach to winegrowing. This is a great place where you're guaranteed to have a great evening tasting delicious wine in a casual, welcoming atmosphere.

Marguerite de Chablis
The Marguerite de Chablis wine bar in the village of Chablis world famous for its Chardonnay wines is a lovely place to chill, especially on a summer's evening by the water. Enjoy your wine with organic cold meats, Burgundy snails, local cheese and even smoked trout.

L'Angélus
L’Angélus is at the foot of the iconic gothic Sens Cathedral and is a unique place as it's a wine and champagne bar rolled into one!
