Ferme Brasserie Simone
The Simone brewery farm offers beers and soft drinks produced from hops and other plants grown on the farm.
The farm opened in 2019 and has been certified organic since 2022.
Aurèle Cordier, a farmer in Juif, grows aromatic and medicinal plants, fruit and hops on her farm. Barley is also grown on other plots.
As the seasons go by, Aurèle Cordier brews her local beers from the plants she grows. The range includes blondes, whites, amber ales, blacks and IPAs. Simone is a living beer, available refermented in the bottle or directly from the draught keg. In addition to local barley, these hand-brewed beers use organic malts from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
