La Vaugermaine is a microbrewery producing traditional beers (lagers, triples, etc.) and beers made with grape must.
Its favourite beer, the soul of the brewery, is the beer made from grape must harvested in the Chablis appellation vineyard, a famous white wine from the north of the Burgundy appellation, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
