In Santenay, a spa town renowned for its wines, just a few minutes from the town centre, this beautiful atypical 3-storey house is set in 9,000 m² of parkland.

Ground floor: kitchen/dining room with pellet stove (planned from June 2023), opening onto cosy lounge with flat-screen TV, wifi, with bay window overlooking terrace and garden. 1st floor: landing with washing machine, separate WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room (washbasin and shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room (washbasin and shower). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bathroom area with washbasin and bath. Small sitting area with tumble dryer.

Beautiful exterior, with large garden, 2 terraces, one of which overlooks the Canal du Centre and the Eurovélo 6 (green route), with a view of the vineyards.

Please note: Access to the gîte is via a small sloping path. The gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no ground-floor bedroom).

In Santenay: numerous wine-tasting cellars. Casino with slot machines and gaming tables. Cycle routes: La Voie des Vignes cycle route through the vineyards, Voie Verte from Santenay towards Châlon sur Saône or St Léger sur Dheune along the Canal du Centre, or the old railway line to Nolay. Numerous walks in the vineyards, on the Montrachet hill or the 3 Croix mountain. Nearby: the châteaux of Pommard, Meursault and Couches. Other wine-growing villages with evocative names: Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet, les Maranges, Saint Aubin... 15 minutes from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, famous for its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
